Social media management with AI-made content: what a month of U3 Growth covers

U3 Growth can run a brand's social media as one brief: strategy, a monthly calendar, content made in the same AI-native studio as U3's commercials, publishing, community replies, paid media and a monthly report. Here is what that covers, and what it does not promise.

What social media management with AI-made content means

Social media management with AI-made content means one brief covers the planning, the making, the publishing and the reporting on a brand's pages, with the posts, videos and ads produced in an AI-native studio instead of being resized at the last minute. At U3 this is U3 Growth, open for briefs since October 2026: a content strategy, a calendar planned a month ahead, posts and short videos made in-house, publishing and community replies, and a report you can read at the end of every month.

Here the plan, the writing, the design, the video and the publishing are run as one brief, so the feed looks like one brand, in Arabic and English and in the dialect your audience speaks. The service is described on the social media management page.

How a month runs

Strategy comes first: who the page speaks to, what it should do for the brand and which platforms carry it. Then comes a monthly calendar you approve, content produced and signed off post by post, publishing on schedule, replies to comments and messages within the hours agreed, and a monthly report that feeds the next calendar.

The channels are the ones your audience actually uses, not all of them by default: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X and YouTube. Paid posts and campaigns are planned together with media buying, so the organic calendar and the ads say the same thing.

What the content is made of

Because the content comes from the same AI-native pipeline as U3's commercials, a month of posts can carry real production: product films, short reels, motion posts and key visuals, cut for each platform's format rather than resized at the last minute.

Arabic typography is designed, not converted: right-to-left layouts, Arabic-capable fonts and text that reads naturally, with the English version built alongside it. More on social media and ad design. A month can include:

  • Posts, carousels and stories
  • Short vertical videos and motion posts
  • Product shots and product visuals
  • Key visuals for launches and seasons
  • Captions in Arabic and English
  • Ad creatives in every placement size, with safe zones for captions and buttons

UGC-style ads, labelled for what they are

UGC-style ads are creator-style ads produced by U3, not content that users generated: a presenter speaking to camera, a product demo, problem and solution, a comparison, unboxing and first use, FAQs and objections, or a testimonial-style portrayal of a satisfaction story. AI presenters are cast to the market, or the brand's own people are directed, and a synthetic presenter is never presented as a real customer, patient, student or employee.

Product claims come from the client's approved facts, and every claim and every label is checked with the client before export. Because production is AI-native, a new hook, a new language or a new presenter is a script change rather than a new shoot, which is what turns one ad into a set of versions that can be tested. Paid media, run with the content

Media buying is not boosting posts. The plan follows where the audience is in each market: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Google Search and YouTube, and LinkedIn for business audiences. Then come the accounts, the audiences and the tracking, with pixels, conversion events, UTMs and a naming scheme for every creative version, followed by launch, budget pacing, creative testing and retargeting.

Because the ads are made inside the same production, a creative that tires is replaced there with a new hook, a new cut or a new language, not after a new brief to a different agency. Details on media buying.

Reporting, and what is not promised

The report says what was published, what was spent, what came back and what changes next: CTR, CPC and CPA per creative version, conversion rate, watch time and hook retention, creative fatigue, and ROAS where the tracking supports it. Paid reports are weekly during a launch and monthly after it, and they are read against your own sales data rather than estimated.

No follower count, reach, sales, ROAS or CPA figure is promised, and U3 claims no partnership with any ad platform. U3 Growth has no published case study yet, so no result is claimed until a client reports one.

How it is scoped, and how to start

U3 Growth work is scoped and priced per brief, with no public rate card. For brands that publish every month, it can run as an always-on retainer scoped to the brand's calendar. It is built for brands in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait, such as clinics, real estate, restaurants and hospitality, e-commerce, education and consumer products.

Brief it on the project form: the brand and its platforms, what you post today, and what you want your pages to do. The full system, from campaign strategy to measurement, is on the marketing strategy and campaigns page.

Questions buyers ask

Do you promise followers or sales?

No. No follower count, reach, sales, ROAS or CPA figure is promised; figures are reported as the pages and campaigns deliver them.

Which platforms do you manage?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X and YouTube, chosen by where your audience is. Paid campaigns run on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Search and YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Is the content made with AI?

Yes. Posts, short videos, motion posts and key visuals are produced in-house with the same AI-native pipeline as U3's commercials, in Arabic and English.

Are UGC-style ads presented as real customers?

No. They are called UGC-style creative, and a synthetic presenter is never presented as a real customer, patient, student or employee.

How is social media management priced?

Per brief, with no public rate card. Brands that publish every month can run it as a retainer scoped to their calendar.
