Earn commission for qualified clients you introduce to U3.
U3 makes AI commercials, films, music videos and enterprise films for 250+ clients in 14 countries. Introduce a company that's new to us: when they pay for a project, you earn a commission on the fee U3 collects. Your terms are confirmed in writing on approval.
How it works.
Apply
Tell us who you are and the kind of clients you know. A person reviews every application.
Get approved
If you're accepted, you receive the program terms and your commission rate, confirmed in writing.
Your link and code
A personal referral link and code that tie each introduction to you.
Introduce
Share your link, ask the client to mention your code, or register the introduction with us before they contact U3.
We take it from there
Brief, proposal, production and delivery. You don't sell, quote or manage anything.
Paid after they pay
When the client pays for a project and the payment clears — plus any hold in your terms — your commission is paid, with a statement.
Who it's for.
Agencies
Marketing, PR, events and digital agencies that don't produce AI films in-house.
Consultants
Brand, marketing and business consultants.
Creators and producers
Creators, filmmakers, photographers and producers who get asked for work outside their specialty.
Past clients and friends
Past U3 clients and friends of the studio.
Connectors
Anyone whose work is building relationships with brands, in Egypt or abroad.
An agency that wants U3 to produce for your own clients, under your name? That's the Agency Partners program, not this one.
What counts as a qualified client.
- A company, brand or organisation that's new to U3: not a current or past client, and not already talking to us.
- You introduced them first — through your link or code, or by registering the introduction with us before they contacted U3.
- They have a real need for paid production: an AI commercial, film, music video, enterprise film or campaign.
- They sign and pay for a project with U3 within the period in your terms.
- U3 has reviewed and accepted the referral. We'll tell you either way.
What doesn't count.
- You, your employer, or a company you own, manage or control
- Current or past U3 clients (including companies in the same group), or anyone already in conversation with U3
- A client another partner introduced first
- Introductions where you work for, advise or are paid by the client on the same purchase, unless the client has agreed in writing
- Leads from ads on U3's name, spam, coupon sites, bought lists or fake enquiries
- Agencies buying U3's white-label production for their own clients
- Unpaid, cancelled or refunded work, and free tests or pitches
- Taxes, media and ad spend, and third-party costs passed through at cost
The rules, in plain words.
No self-referrals
You, your employer or a company you own or control can't be your own referral, and any conflict of interest must be disclosed.
First registered introduction wins
If two people introduce the same client, the first valid introduction counts. We confirm every referral in writing.
Existing and known clients don't count
Current or past U3 clients, and anyone already talking to us, don't qualify.
Paid after the client's payment clears
Commission is paid only on money U3 has actually received, once it clears and after any hold in your terms.
Terms confirmed in writing
Your rate, windows and payout schedule are set out in writing when you're approved. Nothing on this page is a rate.
You're an independent partner
You can't sign, quote or promise anything on U3's behalf. No paid ads on U3's name, no spam, no misleading claims.
This program is separate from the U3 Academy affiliate program. The full terms are provided on approval.
Questions.
How much commission will I earn?
A percentage of U3's collected net service fee on the projects your referred client pays for. Your rate is confirmed in writing when you're approved. We don't publish a single rate because partnerships differ.
What is the “collected net service fee”?
The money U3 actually receives from the client for its services, minus taxes such as VAT, refunds and credit notes, media or ad spend, and third-party costs passed through at cost — such as talent, locations, licensed music or travel. The details are set out in your terms.
When do I get paid?
After the client's payment for the project has cleared, plus any hold period in your terms. Payouts follow the schedule in your terms. If the client pays in instalments, your commission follows each instalment as it clears.
How do you know the client came from me?
Through your link, your code, or an introduction you registered with us before the client contacted U3. If two people introduce the same client, the first valid introduction counts. We confirm every referral in writing.
What if the client already knows U3?
If they're a current or past client, or were already talking to us before your introduction, the referral doesn't qualify. We'll tell you if that's the case, and why.
Do I have to sell or manage the project?
No. You make the introduction, and U3 takes it from there: brief, proposal, production and delivery. Please don't quote prices, timelines or promises on U3's behalf.
Can I join from outside Egypt, and how are taxes handled?
Yes. You can apply from any country we can lawfully pay. We pay by bank transfer or another method agreed when you're approved. You're responsible for your own taxes; where Egyptian law requires U3 to withhold tax, it's shown on your statement.
What if I disagree with a decision?
Reply to our notice within the period in your terms, with any evidence you have — such as the date you introduced the client. A person at U3 reviews it and replies with the decision and the reason.
Apply to become a partner.
Every application is reviewed by a person. If you're approved, your terms, your link and your code arrive in writing.
Already a partner? Introduce a client.
Register an introduction before the client contacts U3: who they are, what they need, and confirmation that they know you're introducing them.
