U3 AI Agency · العربية

Make the work people remember.

U3 is a small, senior-minded studio making films, commercials and music visuals for clients in 14 countries. If your craft is your proof, show us.

Why U3.

Craft first

We're judged on the frame, not the tool. Direction, taste and the edit come before any model.

Real clients, real briefs

Brands, artists, academies and a multinational, in 14 countries. Your work ships and gets watched.

A small team

No layers. You work close to the director and the client, and your choices show on screen.

AI-native tools

The newest image, video and voice models, used like a camera — next to the classic tools that finish the work.

Learning is part of the job

The tools change constantly. We test, share what works, and teach the method at U3 Academy.

How we hire.

Four steps, and you always know which one you're on.

Paid test or a conversation

A short paid test on a realistic brief for creative roles; a conversation about your work for the others.

Offer

If it's a fit: the role, the terms and the start date, in writing.

The roles we hire for.

We hire by craft, not by vacancy. If your discipline is here, apply anytime — strong applications stay on file, and we reach out when there's work that fits.

AI Creative / AI Video

Turn a script into frames, and frames into film, with image, video and voice models.

  • Build characters, worlds and shots that stay consistent across a whole film
  • Generate, select and refine images and video against the director's references
  • Work with the editor and sound on pieces for brands, artists and enterprises
  • A reel of AI work you made, and how you made it
  • An eye for light, composition and continuity
  • Curiosity: you try new models as they ship

Motion Designer

Titles, logo reveals, graphics and 3D that make a film read and a brand feel like itself.

  • Design and animate titles, supers, end cards and logo reveals
  • Build motion systems that carry across cutdowns, ratios and languages
  • Composite graphics into live and AI footage
  • A motion reel with type you animated
  • Arabic and English typography that both look intended
  • Comfort with After Effects or a 3D package, or both

Video Editor

Where every film is finally made: pacing, sound, and the cut that lands.

  • Cut commercials, music visuals and enterprise films from AI and live footage
  • Conform one master edit into every ratio and language version
  • Shape sound, music and rhythm with the director
  • An edit reel, and one piece you can explain cut by cut
  • Timing: you know when a shot has lasted long enough
  • Clean projects and versions a colleague can open

Developer

Build the software a studio runs on: the website, internal production tools and client platforms.

  • Ship features on the U3 website and the studio's internal tools
  • Build web platforms for clients, in Arabic and English
  • Wire AI models and APIs into real workflows
  • A GitHub profile or a product you shipped
  • TypeScript and React, and a database you trust
  • Care for right-to-left layouts and real users

Business Development

Open the right conversations with brands, agencies and enterprises that need what U3 makes.

  • Research markets and the companies in them
  • Start conversations and hand qualified briefs to the studio
  • Represent U3 honestly: what we make, and what we don't
  • Relationships or experience in the markets you know
  • Clear writing, in English and Arabic
  • Patience with long enterprise cycles

Producer

Keep productions on brief, on schedule and on budget, from the first call to the final delivery.

  • Turn briefs into plans, stages and approvals
  • Run the day-to-day with clients and the crew
  • Deliver masters, versions and files exactly as agreed
  • Productions you have run, and how they went
  • Calm with clients, firm with timelines
  • Detail: you notice the missing subtitle file

Don't see your craft?

Sound, colour, 3D, writing, strategy — if you make something a film needs, tell us what it is and show it.

Freelance and contract work.

Productions often need extra hands for a few weeks: editors, motion designers, 3D and AI artists. Choose “Freelance” in the form and tell us your availability.

Internships.

We take a small number of interns who already make things. Show us what you've made — a school project, a personal film, an experiment — and what you want to learn.

Apply.
