A feature film. Built entirely with AI.
From screenplay and visual bible to locked characters, cinematic production, sound and final 4K master — U3 can build feature-length films of 90 minutes and beyond.
90+ minutes
Feature length, not a short stretched.
4K final master
Delivered as a cinema-grade master with language versions.
1 production system
Screenplay to screen, with one director's eye across every shot.
Screenplay to screen, in eight stages.
Hover or tap a stage to read what happens in it. Every stage is approved before the next begins, so the film is never a surprise at the end.
01 Script
Development of the screenplay: structure, scenes, dialogue, runtime. A script lock is where the production clock starts.
02 Visual bible
The look of the film decided once: palette, lensing, light, era, texture, references — the document every shot is checked against.
03 Character lock
Every principal and recurring character built and frozen: face, body, wardrobe, ageing, expressions — identical in scene one and scene ninety.
04 Worlds
Environment design for every location, interior and exterior, at every time of day the script calls for.
05 Shot production
The film shot by shot, to the storyboard, with coverage for the edit — not one clip per scene.
06 Performance
Voice and performance: dialogue recorded or generated per character, lip-synced and directed line by line.
07 Sound
Original score, sound design, foley and mix — the half of cinema you hear.
08 Master
Editing, colour grade, titles and a final 4K master, with language versions and deliverables for the release plan.
8–12 weeks after script lock — depending on scope.
A feature-length project can be planned around an 8–12 week production window after script lock, depending on scope and complexity: cast size, number of worlds, action density, languages and the release plan. The window is set in the proposal, stage by stage, with approvals in between — it is a plan we build with you, not a promise made before reading the script.
To scope a feature, we read first.
- A screenplay, a treatment or a detailed synopsis
- Visual references — films, photographs, artwork, the tone you are after
- Principal characters and any real-person likeness rights already secured
- Target runtime, languages and the release plan (festival, platform, broadcast, private)
- The deadline that matters and the budget range, if there is one
The films that prove the pipeline holds over time.
A feature is the same discipline as a music video or an enterprise film, held for ninety minutes instead of three: locked faces, consistent worlds, a grade across the whole picture.
Send the script. We read it and come back with a plan.
A scoped proposal with stages, approvals and a production window — within a week of reading.
