From an independent AI concept to an artist-shared release

U3 built AI-native visuals for two tracks from Tamer Hosny's 2026 album "Mesh Hatkarar" — "Met'asar Beghyabo" and "Matemsheesh" — as a U3 original. Both were subsequently published on the artist's own channels and reached millions of views.

Artist-shared U3 original — not a U3 client

In brief: U3 AI Agency created AI-native music-video visuals for two tracks from Tamer Hosny's 2026 album "Mesh Hatkarar" ("Met'asar Beghyabo" and "Matemsheesh") as an independent U3 original; both were subsequently published on the artist's own channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and reached millions of views. Tamer Hosny is not a U3 client.

The business problem

An independent studio set out to prove that AI-native music-video craft could hold a superstar's likeness, voice and performance for the length of a song — and be good enough to travel beyond the studio's own channels.

Why the obvious approach wasn't enough

A concept clip is easy to dismiss. For the work to be shared by the artist it had to hold his likeness in every cut, lip-sync every line, carry a co-star through a story, and match the album's visual tone.

The U3 idea

Direct it as a music video first and an AI production second. The likeness is locked before a single scene is built, the performance is lip-synced line by line to the vocal, and every scene is designed around what the lyric is doing — so the edit cuts on the song, not on what the tools happened to produce.

Why it mattered

Locked likeness, line-by-line lip sync and a scene system designed to the lyric — the same production discipline U3 uses for clients, applied to an original concept.

What we built

Two full-length AI-native visuals directed as music videos first: character lock, lip-synced performance, a scene world per track, one grade per film, platform versions for the channels an artist publishes on.

Production system

  1. Character lock for Tamer Hosny — and for Hana El Zahed in "Matemsheesh" — held across every scene of each video.
  2. Lip-synced performance to the vocal, line by line.
  3. Scene system designed to the lyric and the album's visual tone, then graded as one film.
  4. Cut and conformed for the formats the artist publishes in: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
  5. Two videos from one album, made as U3 originals.

What shipped

  • "Met'asar Beghyabo" — full AI visual, shared by the artist
  • "Matemsheesh" (feat. Hana El Zahed) — full AI visual, shared by the artist
  • Platform versions for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube

Craft & finishing

  • Editing: Cut on the song: every scene designed to the lyric, then edited to the final vocal.
  • Colour: Each video graded as one film, to the album's visual tone.

Proof

  • “Matemsheesh”: 3M+ views — on the artist's channels (Confirmed by U3, as of Sep 2026)
  • “Met'asar Beghyabo”: 3M+ views — on the artist's Instagram (Confirmed by U3, as of Sep 2026)
