Exporya: a company-formation platform, redesigned and rebuilt
Exporya helps founders open a company in the United Kingdom, the United States or Canada without travelling — a UK company through a Companies House registered agent, a US company in Wyoming or Delaware with its EIN, trademarks across the UK, US and Europe, certified documents, a London address and payment setup. U3 redesigned and rebuilt the whole site.

The business problem
A company-formation service across the UK, the US and Canada — with EIN, trademarks, documents, an address and payments as add-ons — had to be understood and bought by an Arabic-speaking founder from one site, without a call.
Why the obvious approach wasn't enough
The old site listed services; a founder needs a path. Which country, which company type, then what attaches to that choice — one clear next step on every page, in proper Arabic.
Product strategy
Organise the service around the decision a founder is making — which country, then which company type — and let everything else (EIN, trademarks, documents, address, payments) attach to that choice as add-ons. One path per jurisdiction, one clear next step on every page.
UX & design
A calm, document-like interface, Arabic-first with a proper RTL layout and an English version: jurisdiction pages that read top to bottom, comparison blocks where founders actually hesitate (Wyoming or Delaware, UK or US first), plain-language explanations of each step, and a single call to action that stays with the reader.

- Service pages for UK company formation, US company formation with EIN, and Canadian formation
- Trademark pages for the UK, US and EU
- Certified documents, London address and payment-setup pages
- A redesigned brand system for the site: type, colour, components, Arabic RTL and English
- Fast, SEO-ready pages with analytics wired in
Key features
- Arabic RTL
- English
- Per-jurisdiction paths
- Add-ons
- SEO-ready
- Analytics
Architecture
A statically generated site with a small serverless layer, deployed with staged previews before production. Content is structured per jurisdiction so a new country or add-on is a data change, not a redesign.
Reliability
- Staged deployments with previews
- Automated checks before each release
- Performance and SEO checks as part of the build
