The business problem
The school needed a full learning platform — courses, live workshops, community, certificates, checkout, bilingual — and the alternative development estimate was about six months, at about five times U3's fee.
Why the obvious approach wasn't enough
A six-month build would have meant a launch season lost. The requirement was not smaller; the delivery had to be.
Why it mattered
Modern engineering, reusable systems and focused product execution: the platform was assembled from proven components and a clear content model, so the four days went into the product, not the plumbing.
Product strategy
One platform for the whole learning life: browse and search, buy, learn from recordings, join live sessions, talk to other learners, earn the certificate. Designed so the school runs it — instructors, courses and sessions are managed inside, not by a developer.
UX & design
A bilingual interface that mirrors properly in Arabic — not a translated layout — with a dark mode for long viewing sessions, course pages that show what you get before you pay, and instructor profiles that carry the school's credibility.

A web application with authenticated learner and instructor areas, a content model for courses, lessons and sessions, and a managed database behind it — deployed with previews before production. Described at this level on purpose.
Reliability
- Staged deployments with previews
- Backups for learner and course data
- Monitoring and error tracking
Ongoing support
Handed over with documentation and a training session so the school runs it without U3; U3 Care available for updates and improvements.
